Privacy policy

Robotico is operated by Internet Plus Pty Ltd. This notice describes the launch website and our email enquiry channel, as at 21 September 2026.

Browsing this website

Our website runs on a Vultr server. Server requests and diagnostic logs can include IP addresses, requested URLs, times, browser details and error information. We use this information to operate, protect and troubleshoot the website. The launch site has no advertising trackers, analytics integration, public accounts, comments, contact forms or active newsletter subscription.

Email enquiries

When you email hello@robotico.com.au, we receive your address, message and attachments. We process enquiries in Google Workspace to respond and maintain relevant correspondence. We do not transfer enquiry emails to another customer-management system or other companies as part of our current enquiry workflow. Google processes the messages as our email service provider.

Service providers and storage

Vultr provides website infrastructure and Google Workspace provides email. These providers may process information outside Australia. We do not promise Australian-only data storage. Access is restricted to authorised administration and relevant service providers.

Retention

Website container logs rotate by size, with up to three 10 MB log files per container. Automated daily website backups are retained for 14 days on the server; deployment recovery copies may be retained separately. Email correspondence is retained while needed to handle enquiries and maintain relevant business records. Contact us to request deletion of information you have provided; applicable recordkeeping needs and backup cycles may affect when deletion can be completed.

For privacy questions, complaints, or requests to access, correct or delete personal information, email hello@robotico.com.au with the subject Privacy enquiry. Please describe your request without sending unnecessary sensitive information. We may need to verify your identity before providing or changing information.
