Review methodology

Evidence should come before a verdict. This is the framework for Robotico’s planned reviews.

State the basis of each assessment

Reviews should identify whether the product was tested directly, assessed from documented sources, or both. Research must not be presented as hands-on experience. Record the model, software version and assessment date where relevant.

Consider Australian use

Assess local availability, support, warranty terms and the practical conditions in which the product will be used. Date price and availability claims and link to their sources.

Explain scores

Our review fields cover performance, ease of use, installation, AI features, value and Australian suitability. Any published overall score must explain its rationale and limitations; it must not imply a calculated weighted result unless the actual calculation is disclosed.

Disclose relationships and limitations

Explain product supply arrangements and commercial links in the relevant article. List significant unknowns and distinguish manufacturer claims from independently checked findings.

Keep the record useful

Correct verified factual errors and identify substantive updates. A review should explain who the product suits and who may be better served by another option.
